All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Prices are subject to change until the booking is fully confirmed. Any special requests (room type, meals, seating, etc.) are subject to availability and not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment must be completed before travel unless otherwise agreed. Payments once made are subject to cancellation and refund policies mentioned below.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges vary depending on airlines, hotels, transport providers, and service partners. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and service fees. No refunds will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early departures. Refund processing timelines depend on third-party suppliers.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, permits, and travel documents. Tango7 Aviation & Holidays is not responsible for denial of boarding, visa rejection, or immigration issues. Travelers must comply with all local laws, customs regulations, and travel advisories.

  1. Changes to Itinerary

Changes requested by the customer after confirmation may incur additional charges. Tango7 Aviation & Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational, weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, while ensuring suitable alternatives wherever possible.
7. Liability Disclaimer

Tango7 Aviation & Holidays acts as a facilitator between customers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour operators. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss, injury, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control. Any claims must be addressed directly with the respective service provider.

  1. Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Tango7 Aviation & Holidays is not responsible for any losses that could have been covered under travel insurance.

  1. Pricing & Inclusions

Package prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary. Any personal expenses, optional activities, or additional services not mentioned are excluded unless stated otherwise.
